Products Description

Tire shredder is a mechanical device specially used for processing waste tires. It uses mechanical force to break down the whole tire into smaller rubber blocks or strips for subsequent resource utilization. Tire shredder is a coarse crushing equipment in the field of resource recycling. It is designed for the high elasticity and high toughness of tires. It can directly process whole tires with steel wires (diameter is usually <2000mm) without removing the ring wire in advance.
It forms a technical complement with the tire shredder: the shredder produces 50-150mm strips (low-speed shearing), and the shredder further processes it into 5-20mm particles (high-speed impact)

Product line feature:

1. Direct processing of large-size tires
It can process steel wire tires (including mouth wire) with a diameter of ≤2000mm, without pre-cutting or removing steel wire, and is suitable for various types such as bias tires and radial tires.
2. The processing capacity reaches 200-10000kg/h, and the double-axis collaboration disperses the single-axis pressure, reduces energy consumption and extends the life of the equipment.
3. Low-speed high-torque operation
The speed is only 5-13 rpm, and with the ultra-large torque design, it achieves low noise (≤75 dB) and low dust emission, which meets environmental protection requirements.
The power transmission is optimized through the cycloidal pinwheel or planetary gear reducer to reduce energy consumption.
4. Intelligent control
The integrated PLC system supports automatic start and stop, overload protection and variable frequency speed regulation (5-60Hz), reducing the need for manual intervention and improving operational safety.
