Domestic waste mainly includes recyclables, kitchen waste and other non-recyclables. Domestic waste treatment solutions usually include:
1. Feeding system: Automatically feed domestic waste into the treatment line and remove large items through pre-treatment equipment.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our waste sorting machinery specializes in waste treatment equipment. We develop and manufacture waste recycling and sorting systems that can handle all types of waste. My system can recover metals and non-ferrous metals, plastics, waste paper,glass, organic matter, and everthing else that can generate value from waste. You can also find alternative fuels RDF/SRf/DF to convert combustible solid waste into energy, thereby realizing the recycling of resources.The recycle rate of waste is as high as 98%. Waste sorting line is the integration of high technology, first-class design, perfect configuration and excellent performance.

Fully Enclosed Mechanical Waste Segregation Unit (also referred to as automated trash classification apparatus or separation machinery) processes raw waste into six distinct material streams:

- Mineral residues (stones/bricks/cement) repurposed as construction aggregates
- Non-recyclable combustibles directed to pyrolysis gasification for thermal energy recovery
- Organic matter blended with sand for compost production
- Plastics converted into wood-plastic composites or polymer granules ‌
- Iron components ready for direct market sale ‌
- Ferrous metals either sold directly or remelted into ingots ‌

The integrated system comprises: waste holding bunker, crusher, screening unit, air classifier, density separator, magnetic extractor, and conveyor network.

Working Process of Waste Sorting Plant:

Forklifts deliver the collected waste to the intake platform where it's transferred via feed hopper for initial processing‌.
A distributing feeder regulates the waste flow before the conveyor system transports it uniformly to subsequent stages‌.
Manual sorters stationed along the conveyor platform remove oversized items and contaminants from the moving waste stream‌.
A trommel screening unit segregates materials by size, with adjustable parameters to meet specific operational requirements‌.
Separated plastics undergo compaction in baling machines; dense inert materials get routed for landfill or brick manufacturing; recoverable resources are extracted for recycling‌.
Modular design allows full customization of all sorting line components to accommodate varying municipal waste characteristics‌.
