PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Domestic waste sorting equipment integrates AI visual recognition and multi-dimensional sorting technology. The vibrating screen achieves 3-5 layers of classification through variable frequency speed regulation, and divides the garbage into three levels: >150mm, 50-150mm, and <50mm. The negative pressure air separation device uses the Bernoulli principle to separate lightweight plastics, and the eddy current separator can capture metal particles >8mm. In a venous industrial park in Suzhou, the equipment has achieved a purity of 98% for recyclables, while reducing the amount of landfill by 30%.

Working Process of Waste Sorting Plant:

The work flow of urban garbage sorting and recycling line equipment is scientific and rigorous. First, the crushing device is used to crush large pieces of garbage into smaller particles for subsequent processing. Then, the sorting device uses magnetic separation, wind separation and other technologies to separate recyclable materials such as metals, plastics, and glass from the garbage. Subsequently, the dehydration device removes moisture from the garbage, reduces the volume of garbage, and prepares for subsequent fermentation or incineration.
