The domestic waste sorting line integrates AI visual recognition and mechanical sorting technology. When the material flows through the spectral sorter, the near-infrared sensor instantly identifies the plastic material, and the high-pressure airflow accurately blows it off the conveyor belt. The magnetic separation equipment uses adjustable magnetic field strength to classify and recycle metals with different magnetic properties. At a transfer station in Hangzhou, the sorting line has achieved a purity of 98% for recyclables, increasing carbon emissions by about 4,500 tons per year, equivalent to planting 250,000 more trees.

The equipment can effectively separate organic matter,combustible waste plastics, non-crushable metal materials and inorganic wastes from household garbage into four categories. The tumbler screen also has a bag breaking function,and the bag breaking rate reaches 85%. Compared with the traditional process equipment,this complete set of equipment greatly saves investment,has high sorting efficiency, and maximizes resource utilization.

Heavy screening combinations are required for the treatment of stale garbage in landfills. The vibrating screen separates humus from impurities such as plastic and glass through high-frequency vibration.
