Process Flow:
The process flow is usually divided into four steps: In the feeding stage, the water tank enters the crushing chamber through a conveyor belt or grab; in the coarse crushing stage, the double-axis blades shear and decompose large pieces of material at high speed; in the fine crushing stage, the fine crushing blades are further ground to 10-50mm particles; in the sorting stage, the metal and non-metal components are separated by a vibrating screen and a magnetic separator, and finally copper and aluminum particles and plastic fragments that can be directly smelted are produced. The whole process has a high degree of automation, the single-line processing capacity can reach 2-3 tons/hour, and the metal recovery loss rate is less than 2%.
