Copper and aluminum water tank crushing and sorting is an efficient recycling technology for scrap metal composite materials, mainly used to process automobile radiators, air conditioning condensers and other waste equipment containing copper, aluminum and plastic composite structures. Its core process includes two major links: crushing and sorting: first, the water tank is crushed into 50-100mm fragments by a double-axis shear crusher or a hammer crusher to destroy the combination of metal and plastic; then a multi-stage sorting process is adopted, using a magnetic separator to remove iron impurities, an eddy current separator to separate aluminum, and then density sorting or airflow sorting technology to separate plastics and non-magnetic metals, and finally achieve accurate classification of copper, aluminum and plastic.
