Large car shell shredder is an industrial crushing equipment specially used for processing waste car shells, and is a type of solid waste treatment machinery. It uses mechanical force to tear, crush and decompose waste car shells (including steel, aluminum alloy and other materials) into small pieces that are easy to process and recycle.
Working principle of large car shell shredder:

Process flow of car shell shredder:
Feeding stage: The waste car shell is fed into the shredder feed port through a conveyor belt, hopper or loader. The feed port is usually designed to be larger to accommodate large volumes of materials
Primary crushing: After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is sheared and torn by the rotating knife and extrusion, and are broken down into larger fragments
Secondary crushing: The fragments continue to be hit and torn multiple times in the crushing chamber, and the size is further reduced
Screening and separation: The crushed materials are screened through the screen to achieve the initial separation of metal materials and plastic parts
Discharging stage: The materials that meet the size requirements are discharged from the discharge port and enter the subsequent processing link
