Products Description

The waste Textile shredder adopts the design concept of high torque and low speed. The motor drives the rotor to rotate, driving the blade to shear, tear and squeeze the input materials. Its core components include heavy-duty frame, power system, rotating knife shaft and screen. The blade is usually made of special alloy steel material. After heat treatment process, it has extremely high hardness and wear resistance, and can effectively cope with the impact of hard materials such as plastics and metal impurities. The equipment is equipped with an overload protection system, which can automatically reverse or stop when encountering unbreakable objects to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

As the core equipment of the RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) production line, the waste shredder can crush and process various types of mixed waste to create conditions for the subsequent fuel conversion process. As a high calorific value and low pollution alternative fuel, RDF has been widely used in cement kilns, power plants and other industrial fields, becoming an important link between waste management and energy production.

The process of shredding waste such as plastic, leather, cloth, wood and industrial textiles through a waste shredder and forwarding it to RDF:

Sorting and impurity removal:
Non-combustible impurities such as metal and glass are removed by manual sorting and mechanical sorting (such as magnetic separator). For textile waste, special attention should be paid to the separation of accessories such as buttons and zippers.

Primary crushing: ‌
A double-shaft shredder is used to crush the mixed material to 100-300mm, with a processing capacity of 20-50 tons/hour. The specially designed anti-entanglement blade can effectively handle fiber-containing fabrics and leather.
