Product Description
The car shell shredder is a professional equipment specially used to process waste car shells. It shears, tears and crushes metal or composite materials such as car shells to decompose them into small particles or fragments for subsequent recycling. The equipment can process a variety of materials including car shells, electric car shells, motorcycle shells, etc., mainly including polypropylene and a few ABS materials.
The car shell shredder mainly works by shearing principle, hammering principle or double-axis tearing method. The shearing method uses two to four knife shafts to complete the crushing process, the hammering method hits the material through a high-speed rotating hammer head, and the double-axis method uses two relatively rotating knife shafts for shearing, extrusion and crushing. Some equipment adopts the design of differential operation between shafts, which is specially optimized for scrapped cars.

The process of automobile shell shredding and recycling is divided into four stages:
The feeding stage is to feed the material into the shredding box through a conveyor belt or hopper;
The shredding stage is a comprehensive effect of tearing, squeezing and shearing by the shredding blades;
The material is discharged from the bottom of the box after shredding and screened through a screen;
The subsequent processing can be transported to other equipment through a conveyor belt for further classification and recycling.
