Working principle of metal shredder
The main function of scrap metal shredder is to shred and process various scrap metals mechanically. Its working principle is simple and clear, and mainly includes the following steps:
(1) Feeding: Scrap metal enters the feed port of the shredder through a conveyor belt or manual feeding.
(2) Shredding: The shredder is equipped with powerful blades, which are driven by a motor and rotate rapidly to tear, shear and compress the metal materials. In this process, the metal materials are effectively reduced to the required particle size for subsequent processing.
(3) Discharging: The shredded metal fragments are discharged through the discharge port and usually pass through a screening device to ensure the uniformity of the discharge and the consistency of the particle size.

Scrap Metal Shredding & Crushing Line
1.metal recycling line adopts two-shaft metal shredder, hammer crusher for crushing the scrap metal.
2.Use Dust collector and special structures to remove the fine particle and dust during the crushing period.
3.The scrap metal recycling equipment separates the ferrous metal by a magnetic separator.
4.(Optional)Eddy current separator is adopted by the waste recycling machine to separate the non-ferrous metal from nonmetal materials.
